INSIDE OUTSIDE COMMUNICATIONS FOUNDATION

The specific purpose of Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation is to promote the educational, social, cultural and economic development of minorities and youth. We accomplish this by providing assistance to other community-based organizations and promoting various community-based educational, social, and cultural activities. These activities contribute to improving the image and developing the self-esteem of minorities and youth.

SUPPORT INSIDE OUTSIDE COMMUNICATIONS FOUNDATION TODAY

Programs

Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation sponsor’s seminars/symposiums, which focus on effective job search methods, resume writing, interviewing techniques, and career day. The seminars are held once a month throughout the community. Participants are instructed on the fine points of choosing the right career. Participants set and talk with different professionals who provide them with information about the career that they are considering. IOC Foundation provide mentors for the participants and a summer internship program with local businesses and a Science Academy.

Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation works with local school districts, community- based organizations, and local businesses to develop programs and activities, such as a back to school giveaway. Which ensure that youth complete high school and go to college or trade school. This is critical for minority youth in order to afford them the ability to be competitive in the job market in this new millennium.

Annual fundraising dinner and awards program honoring outstanding Youth leaders in the community. Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation chooses its honorees from all areas of endeavor, and minorities as well as non-minorities will be eligible for an award.

The Fikes Honeycutt scholarship is award to High school Senior who has been a leader in the community. This award range from $200 to $2000

This annual program is under Officer Jerome Divinity of the Los Angeles Police Department. Officer Divinity gives warm coats too three Elementary School in South Los Angeles. He has been giving coats to under privileged children for six years. Officer Divinity believes, to whom much is given, much is required. Inside Outside Communication (IOC) Foundation is proud to sponsor this program.

This program is conducted monthly by Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation. Information relative to the cultural and historical background of the selected minorities will be disseminated. Various activities will focus on both past and present accomplishments of all minorities local, national or international. We focus on the youth cultural exchange and Speakers bureau provide by adults.

This annual awards program honors those youth that have excelled in the performing arts; music, acting, singing and videos. Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation honors performers who have achieved success in television, movies and stage. Also recognizing those individuals who work behind the scenes in these various mediums;

This scholarship is awarded to High school Senior and/or College Students who are in financial need and has a grade point average of a 2.0. This award range from $100 to $1000

Dear Friends,
Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation believe we can build a better community through partnership. That is why we are asking you to become a partner with Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation during a time when education is a top priority in our country. You have a chance to help change the lives of our young people and develop future community leaders. Together we can make a difference and build a better tomorrow for the youth of this world.
Please make a donation to Inside Outside Communications (IOC) Foundation in honor of someone you love. The donations will help to continue our programs and scholarships. A monetary donation of $25 or $50 can assist with providing a warm coat for a child or go towards our scholarship fund to aid a young person attending a two or four year college or university.
